A.S. Kenyon joined the Victorian Public Service in 1887 and worked successively in the Departments of Public Works, Water Supply and Agriculture. In 1911 he returned to the reorganised State Rivers and Water Supply Commission. He was a Commissioner when he retired in 1935. Kenyon was a member of the Council of the Historical Society of Victoria from 1911 until his death in 1943 and its President from 1931 until 1935. From the description of Papers. 1905-1934.
